BASIC provides HR solutions to companies across the nation. Before it engaged SPARK, BASIC had 8 completely separate websites. SPARK helped combine these into a single site that works for both its customers and its own employees.
BASIC gained its ability to offer a full suite of HR solutions nationwide by acquiring other companies. And when it acquired a new company, it simply kept the company’s previous website. When it approached SPARK, BASIC had 8 separate websites. And these sites were not simply used for marketing purposes, but were an important piece of BASICS’ business process flows. Having 8 siloed sites was confusing and difficult to navigate for both customers and staff.
To combine these 8 sites into a single one that would meet the needs of both customers and staff required an extensive discovery and design process. SPARK identified the different messaging needed for the various audiences that would be using the site. We also combined the backend processes for different departments into a single website. The new site includes a new branding and color scheme, a new client portal area, and a new user experience and navigation. It incorporates newly produced video. It is both mobile and SEO optimized.
