The Challenge

A large part of Compliance One's business has been door inspections in Healthcare Facilities all over the country. The tedious nature of this work and the limitations of a third party system contributed to many inefficiencies.

In order to tailor their deliverables to each client and have a quick turnaround, Compliance One partnered with SPARK to design a custom inspection workflow.

The Solution

SPARK designed a user-friendly mobile inspection process that greatly improved the time spent completing inspection reports. What was once done using multiple forms and loads of paperwork could now be completed on a tablet or mobile phone!

The custom solution reduces the time necessary to complete a report from 24 - 48 hours down to 1 - 2 hours. The system also enables Compliance One to personalize the inspection experience to each of their clients.
