The HUB leadership team saw a demand from customers to request and manage their bonds on their mobile devices.
HUB seized the opportunity for users to submit bond requests for Notary, License & Permit and Standard Bonds.
They needed leads to flow into a custom dashboard allowing them to track history and access executed bonds.
The app also needed to provide education and marketing resources to both customers and HUB employees on the go.
The HUB mobile app was launched to the Apple App Store and on Google Play. Consumers experience a simple and easy submission process and users who submit forms are connected with their sales teams.
HUB users have the ability to view orders, refund, and manage system transactions.
A custom CMS (Content Management System) empowers HUB's marketing team to populate educational pages with multimedia.
