The Challenge

Steps Wellness wanted to give college students an online outlet for their mental health concerns. They sought a partner that understood their vision and could execute within a timeline to launch for an upcoming school year.

Steps looked to SPARK to design a website that created a safe and neutral space online for college students to easily access local therapists and other resources.

The Solution

SPARK and Steps collaborated and aligned on project priorities and the purpose of the site. Leaders chose a custom design approach over a template to keep the aesthetic and design of the site both calming and easy to navigate for students seeking help.

SPARK integrated a third-party booking tool into the site to allow students to schedule appointments with a therapist or coach, while maintaining HIPAA compliance for Steps. The site also includes resources like events, articles, and more.
