VCS needed to better analyze customer preferences and user behaviors in order to increase sales and retention. In order to scale, they needed to connect all their workflow processes and programs.
Creating a custom e-commerce experience for their customers or backend automation for their team was not feasible with a templated vendor solution, so VCS partnered with SPARK for the design and development of a custom solution.
