To get out from under inefficiencies, Faithful Companion's leaders knew they needed to ditch the paper ordering forms and update a manual dispatch process.
SPARK mapped a dynamic digital flow, designed prototypes, and validated the solution with feedback from team members ranging from front desk admins to drivers.
Working closely with Faithful stakeholders to understand short and long-term business needs, SPARK built systematic integrations including dispatch and GPS automation (Verizon Connect) as well as financial dashboards (Quickbooks).
The practical system captures service and product orders from a customer portal, manages order fulfilment, syncs drag-and-drop driver assignments, processes consumer payments at delivery, and alerts employees to specific actions needed to ensure completion of the same-day service.
