The Challenge
For their services online marketplace, PM Workforce needed custom software that would streamline high job volume data across hundreds of people and locations. The platform had to “add rocket fuel” to PMW’s secret sauce of realiably filling jobs with leasing specialists.
On the back end, SPARK also had to architect automated accounting and payroll integrations.
To run the company at scale, the dashboard needed to make results and data visible for performance and efficiency tracking.

The Solution
SPARK designed a custom mobile and web user experience for booking and payments, resulting in simple scheduling for both the workers and their clients.
The employee app tracks location, time, and client reviews. A powerful internal dashboard connects financial and performance metrics to automated reports.
Scheduling and receiving payment for a job now happens automatically within a few minutes instead of an entire day with the help of multiple employees.
