The Challenge

Roommates.com needed help updating their website, in particular a mobile-friendly user experience.

They needed to protect its users by verifying the identities of the people on its platform and enabling prospective roommates to message each other without giving up their personal information.

The Solution

SPARK created a completely new mobile-friendly user experience with an updated visual design. We also developed a new secure messaging center that allows users to communicate without disclosing their personal information and creatively integrated multiple ways for users to verify their identities.
