As the coronavirus spread across the United States, health care workers were faced with increasingly harrowing circumstances. They needed protection: fast and effective.
Once the Aero|Guard product was ready to ship, a simple website was quickly set up to take orders. The sales and marketing team knew that the design and usability of the site needed to be improved, so they turned to SPARK to quickly redesign and relaunch the site.
Working closely with Aero|Guard stakeholders (starting on a Friday and collaborating asynchronously over the weekend), SPARK's lead UX designers created a concept to level up their digital designs to meet the demands of growth.
A seamless mobile experience, clear call toactions, and multimedia storytelling was strategically designed and launched.
The new website has helped the Aero|Guard team reach hospitals nationwide and served as the digital landing page for the growing media attention and order volume.
