The Challenge

McDonald Roofing's website hadn’t been updated in years and was not mobile-friendly. The site lacked a clear call to action and it lacked continuity between their multiple brands.

Behind the scenes, the website was difficult to update and receiving leads from the web was not integrated into their marketing and sales operations.

The SPARK design team worked with McDonald's leaders during an Assessment to define the strategy, scope, timeline, and budget for the update.

The Solution

SPARK redesigned and built the McDonald Roofing website, ensuring an optimized mobile experience and navigation for their target users.

Working with McdDonald Roofing's stakeholders, SPARK helped streamline their day-to-day activities, such as following up with inbound leads from their RFP form.

SPARK also integrated a custom form into the website to help their managers deliver and track toolbox talks for employees.
